Graduate Product Manager

Graduate Product Manager:
* Ideal for a graduate with a technical degree and a combination of commercial awareness and customer-focused skills.
* Ability to understand the organisation’s technology and transform it into a commercially viable product offering that is benefits-driven, customer-oriented, and easily communicated internally and externally.
* Collaborate closely with the Technical Product Manager and Commercial Product Manager to support the development of solutions.
* Work with sales channels across the organisation and engage with key customers across various regions.
* Ensure sales teams and other departments are consistently updated on current and future services, as well as market trends.
Responsibilities of Graduate Product Manager:
* Create or adapt technical content into customer-focused, benefits-driven materials, such as white papers, brochures, application notes, user guides, technical updates, and press release inputs, in collaboration with the Communications Manager.
* Coordinate with the Marketing Communications Manager, Commercial Product Manager, and Marketing Executives to ensure marketing and sales materials, including user guides, FAQs, and fact sheets, are current and relevant.
* Support the launch of new products and services by assisting with the creation of marketing materials, sales presentations, FAQs, user guides, internal process documents, terms and conditions, and fact sheets in partnership with the Communications Manager and Commercial Product Manager.
* Facilitate the introduction of new products or services within the organisation, collaborating with engineering, marketing, logistics, and support teams to align with market needs and positioning.
* Work with the Technical Product Manager, Commercial Manager, and Systems Engineering teams to evaluate products and provide technical expertise for launching new offerings across the organisation.
* Provide support for sales activities, including customer meetings, demonstrations, and events.
* Capture requirements for software development projects, both internal and external.
* Manage in-house projects to ensure successful delivery.
* Conduct competitor analysis and develop comparison reports for internal and external use.
* Collaborate with the Technical Product Manager to develop customer-facing systems, including creating requirement specifications, conducting testing, drafting user guides, and overseeing global deployment.
What are we looking for in a Graduate Product Manager:
* A degree in a relevant technical field.
* Strong understanding of IP networking.
* Experience with requirements gathering and practical application.
* Familiarity with project management principles.
* Customer-focused, self-driven, and collaborative team player.
* Competency at intermediate level or higher in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
* Well-organised, methodical, and skilled at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Occasional travel may be required for this role
