Based out of Leeds makes it accessible from surrounding town and cities including Huddersfield, Bradford, Wakefield, Barnsley, and York.
Key Responsibilities of the Field Service Engineer:

o 70% Workshop Based- Assemble and fit brand-new HVAC containment systems
o 30% on site travel- Work in a small team of 3 engineers to install systems
o Mechanical and electrical assembly
o Testing (Factory Acceptance Testing - FAT)
o Dismantling, packing, and shipping
o On-site assembly (across the UK and Europe)
o Final inspection (Site Acceptance Testing - SAT)
o Client training and handover
o Staying away from home for up to 2 weeks at a time
o Working from engineering drawings and schematics
Working Hours of the Field Service Engineer
* Monday to Thursday- 07:30 to 16:00
* Friday- 07:30 to 13:30
* Overtime available and a requirement to work away, occasionally abroad, all paid at a premium
Minimum Skills / Experience Required:
* Previous mechanical fitting, assembly, or installation experience in FMCG, pharma, or processing machinery.
* Installation experience with steel panels, filters, fans, or sensors onto machinery or equipment.
* Prior site installation experience is essential.
* International travel experience (valid passport required).
* Containment experience (desirable).
* Ability to work from drawings.
* Willingness to work away from home up to 30% of the time.
* Motivated and an excellent team player.
* Able to commute to the Leeds area with own transport.
In Return, the Field Service Engineer will receive:
* Starting salary range: £40,000 to £45,000 per annum OTE £60K
* Stay away allowance: £30 (UK) / £35 (abroad).
* Company pool vehicle for site visits.
