Administrators in Barnstaple… stop and read!!
I am working with a maintenance contractor to recruit a Contract Administrator to join the team. You will be part of Asset Management and be responsible for managing planned maintenance contracts.
Duties will include:
* Monitoring contracts to ensure compliance
* Updating records and making sure accurate data is received
* Producing reports on compliance and customer satisfaction
* Liaising with contractors, clients and tenants
You will need:
* To be computer literate with extensive experience in word, excel and database management
* Previous experience within a similar role, compliance and auditing systems
* Excellent communication skills verbally and written
In return:
* 30 hours per week
* 6 month fixed term contract
