* Demonstrates extensive experience leading cost estimation services on complex projects, programs, and portfolios in engineering or technical environments, preferably within the nuclear sector.
* Displays strong analytical and mathematical abilities.
* Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office applications.
* Exhibits excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Able to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
