Responsible for:
Supporting 250 users across the UK, the role requires the support of IT systems and services in Hydro International’s operating subsidiaries in conformance with the Group IT Policy. This includes the configuration of software applications and the provision of end-user technical support and training.

Competence & Qualifications:
Proven background in supporting desktop applications, including Microsoft Windows, Office 365, desk phone systems, and IT hardware.
IT related degree or similar.
Understanding of the ITIL service delivery framework.
SharePoint administration beneficial.
Skills & Attributes:
Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to clearly communicate complicated technical concepts.
Experienced at maintaining a large IT hardware and software inventory.
Key Duties:
* Provide 1st line support of all IT hardware and software in line with SLA, including: LAN/WIFI/WAN, Active Directory, Anti-Virus, Microsoft 365, Telephony, and Video Conferencing equipment and hardware infrastructure.
* Assist with the rollout of Software/Hardware to all UK offices, including computers, mobile phones, desk phones, and management of software licenses.
* Visit Hydro UK offices to provide onsite support on an ad-hoc basis.
* Provide technical training to end users relating to hardware, software, and peripherals, ensuring issues are escalated to the IT support team as necessary.
* Follow the company’s internal control and ISO quality control procedures and work in accordance with all relevant legislation including, but not limited to Health and Safety and other relevant company policies.
* Perform other related work as assigned by management.
* To perform duties in accordance with all relevant legislation, in particular the Health and Safety at Work Act.
* To apply requirements of BS EN ISO 9001 as appropriate within the areas of responsibility.
* Other duties which the company may reasonably require the individual to undertake.
