The Role We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic teacher to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, differentiated lessons that support the diverse needs of our students. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of students with special educational needs (SEN). Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student independence and confidence. Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and other staff to ensure students receive holistic support. Use a range of teaching strategies, including visual and sensory approaches, to enhance learning. Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and carers. Promote students' personal and social development through structured activities. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience working with children or young people with SEN (desirable but not essential). A strong understanding of autism and moderate learning difficulties. A flexible, creative, and adaptable teaching style. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
