Take a look at our website here to learn more about why we’re one of the leading Software Escrow businesses… Escode (part of NCC Group) Role purpose: As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in delivering internal projects across departments, supporting everything from requirements gathering and configuration to testing, training, change management, and post-deployment support. Working closely with business stakeholders, Solution Architects, and Technical Architects, you’ll help design and deploy solutions while developing your skills. You’ll quickly get up to speed with our processes and systems, contributing to major transformation projects within our Escode business. As part of the Global Technical Services team, you’ll ensure project delivery aligns with our change and release processes, while also identifying opportunities to improve systems and maximise ROI. Key Accountabilities: Lead requirements gathering, translating stakeholder input into clear documentation (use cases, user stories, specs). Oversee configuration and maintenance of system elements (custom objects, workflows, validation rules, etc.). Monitor project progress, resolving issues and escalating when needed. Support smooth transitions from project to business as usual. Champion process improvements and business automation, acting as a subject matter expert on tools. Understand and apply change management and release processes. Foster strong communication and collaboration across teams and stakeholders. Coordinate with offshore teams and be open to travel (UK and international). Skills & Experience: Essential: Proven Business Analyst experience and certifications. Full project lifecycle expertise in structured (Agile & Waterfall) environments. Experience implementing systems like Salesforce or Workday. Strong knowledge of business processes and systems in live environments. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio. Desirable: Experience migrating to cloud-based scheduling tools and integrating multiple systems. Familiarity with on-prem and SaaS solutions.
