Ecommerce Assistant Manager - Swindon Summary We have an exciting opportunity for an E-Commerce Assistant Manager to join the team at the National Trust on a permanent basis. If you’re dedicated and experienced in marketing within E-commerce and looking to make an impact in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you. What it's like to work here Reporting to the E-Commerce Manager, you’ll join the small but vital team who play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our online retail platform. We want you to learn, discover and develop your career. We’ll do everything we can to offer you the training and support you need to achieve your goals. Your contractual location will be our head office in Swindon and there will be an expectation for you to attend the office at least once a week. However, there is flexibility on where you’re based at other times. You’ll be required to work at a National Trust location for 40-60% of your working week. This will be discussed in more detail at interview. What you'll be doing You’ll manage a commercial calendar to drive sales, align with seasonal trends, and meet the Trust’s strategic goals, coordinating paid and organic activities while recommending content for key digital channels.Using Adobe Analytics, you’ll monitor traffic and optimise performance, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets for seasonal launches and campaigns in collaboration with Buying, Merchandising, and Marketing teams.Leading email optimisation and shopper database growth, you’ll align content with organisational goals and maximise opportunities across the Trust’s website to enhance engagement and ROI.You can view the full role profile for this role in the document attached.
