Marketing Manager
Location: Ely, Cambridgeshire
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 5pm & Friday 8:30am - 4pm
Salary: circa £55,000 per annum + 10% bonus
Benefits: 22 days holiday + 8 bank holidays (increase in holiday entitlement for long period of service), private medical insurance, employee discount platform and annual team building events.

Who are we?

Duties will include:
1. Develop and oversee the marketing plan, ensuring it supports the sales strategy with clear timelines and measurable outcomes.

3. Lead performance analysis of marketing campaigns to optimize return on investment.
4. Manage and enhance industry event participation including trade shows.
5. Inspire and lead a marketing team, fostering creativity and accountability.
What we are looking for:
1. A degree in Marketing or a CIM Diploma.
2. Solid B2B marketing background.
3. Experience in construction or building materials.
4. Proven experience in managing diverse teams and delivering successful marketing campaigns to set deadlines.
