About our Nursery
Busy Bees Day Nursery and Preschool Bromsgrove holds an Ofsted rating OUSTANDING, and are passionate about recuriting Nursery Practitioners who deliver exceptional and oustanding Childcare. The Nursery offers beautiful spaces for Children to learn and explore, which in turn creates amazing working environments for our Practitioners. We have lots of outdoor space for you to use extend our Children's learning further and really give them the best start in life.
About our Benefits
Aa a Nursery Practitioner, we offer a salary of £27, per annum (£13 per hour), plus so many other benefits for being a Busy Bees:

What to expect as a Nursery Nurse/Practitioner
10. As a keyworker, you will ensure every individual child’s needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs.
11. Take ownership of the observation, assessments and planning for your key children in line with EYFS and provide developmentally challenging next steps.
12. Ensure we encourage and praise children’s development and achievements.
13. Create outstanding lerning environments for our Children to really help them acheive all they can be.
14. And most of all…have FUN!
*To apply for this role, you must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse*
