Registered Home Manager
Salary: £60,000 per annum + Excellent Bonus Paying Upto £22k per year!
Location: Walsall, West Midlands
HCR is assisting an innovative provider who has been operating in the West Midlands for over 21 years and is well known for providing exceptional standards of care. We are seeking an experienced CQC Registered Home Manager with an active NMC pin. The Registered Home Manager will come from successfully achieving good CQC ratings.
Registered Home Manager Duties:
* To oversee and manage the home's day-to-day operations ensuring safe effective care is being delivered.
* The Registered Home Manager will manage staffing, budgeting, and bed occupancy.
* Ensure compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards, regularly reviewing and improving the nursing home’s performance.
* Registered Home manager will be excellent at maintaining relationships with internal and external healthcare professionals.

Registered Home Manager Requirements:
* Must be a registered nurse with an active NMC pin (RGN/RMN/RNLD) qualified.
* Ideally to have a Level 5 in leadership in management however not essential.
* Previous home management experience is essential.
* The ideal Registered Home Manager will successfully achieved “Good” CQC ratings.
