We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients.
Duties:
1. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
4. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies
6. Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients
7. Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets
8. Utilise software tools, including Salesforce, to track progress and analyse data
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in business development or sales role
2. Strong understanding of sales strategies and industry trends
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Proficiency in software applications, especially Salesforce
6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
