You will be key for helping support the continued growth of the Commercial Development team within SmartestEnergy Business Ltd (SEBL) You will build strong and trusted relationships with targeted TPIs and customers in order to deliver a high-quality end-to-end sales experience and on-going account management. What skills/experience do I need to be successful? Ability to drive strong two-way communication, tailoring communication to the customer and TPI needs; Energy Industry experience; Have experience in proactive development of a portfolio to maximise sales and renewals opportunities; Knowledge and understanding of the B2B electricity industry, business and market drivers. How will I spend my time in this role? Support the Account Manager(s) throughout the sales journey; Create and build excellent relationships with TPIs and Customers; Partake in external meetings and calls with customers and TPIs and assist the Account Manager(s) as and when required; Understand the full scope of SEBL’s products and propositions; Manage New & Renewal tenders for a wide range of multi-site customers, ensuring all data is checked and accurately entered, pricing is accurate, bespoke requirements are understood and tender deadlines are met; Analyse data sets and spreadsheets with a keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail, rectifying any potential issues or liaising with the relevant customer / TPI; Operate the pricing models and generate prices in line with tender requirements, liaising with the pricing team if any issues; Preparation of contractual paperwork, liaising with the relevant Account Manager to get approval; Liaise with the Sales Support Executive to lock-in all contact acceptances, ensuring paperwork is compliant and saved and contract data is accurately captured and recorded for deal entry purposes; Liaise with the wider business and dedicated teams to ensure all tender requirements are understood and effectively implemented, in particular at customer on-boarding stage and on an on-going basis; Support the wider teams with complex in-life query resolutions; Demonstrate excellent team working, by supporting colleagues during busy periods and being able to re-prioritise own workloads where possible; Identify Process improvements and raise suggestions for better ways of working within the team.
