About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Production Operative to join a dynamic and growing manufacturing team. You will be involved in the assembly and production of a unique, world-leading automated sports product used in golf facilities across the globe. This is a hands-on role in a supportive environment where attention to detail, consistency, and teamwork are key.
Key Responsibilities:

Assemble mechanical and electronic components to a high standard

Follow detailed production instructions and technical drawings
*
Carry out quality control checks throughout the production process
*
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
*
Support the team in meeting production targets and deadlines
*
Assist with stock control and packing of finished products for delivery
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a production, assembly, or manufacturing role preferred but not essential - full training will be provided
*
A good eye for detail and a methodical approach to work
*
Basic mechanical or electrical knowledge is an advantage

A team player with a strong work ethic
*
Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
