As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with new and existing developer clients, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the leadership team to create a strategy that aligns with their company growth goals. Your insights and initiatives will directly contribute to their success in the competitive property investment market. Key responsibilities of a Business Development Manager Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the property investment sector Opportunity Creation: Develop and implement strategies for sourcing new developer clients and investment opportunities through networking, industry events, and online platforms Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance their reputation and drive repeat business Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling investment proposals to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits of working with them Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute effective sales strategies that align with business objectives Negotiation: Lead negotiations with developer clients and partners to close deals that benefit both parties and align with the company’s vision Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends to provide insights for continuous improvement Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and finance, to ensure cohesive efforts in promoting their investment opportunities Brand: Actively work to promote the company's brand across national and international markets Qualifications & Experience Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the property investment industry Strong understanding of the property market, investment strategies, and financial analysis Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Proficient in using CRM software and other business development tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Self driven, motivated and proactive mindset This exciting opportunity offers the following competitive package: Basic salary £50 - £60,000, with £120,000 OTE Uncapped commission Flexible working conditions Role autonomy Accelerated bonus scheme Performance dependant company share options Paid business travel and expenses 25 days annual leave International incentive trips
