Hours: - 30 hours per week with hours covering evenings and weekends
This role is being advertised as a Registered Nursehowever the successful applicant will be employed as a Clinical Practitioner
As a Clinical Practitioner, you'll be supporting our clients' on our 24-hour advice line, guiding them pre and post-treatment, advising on next steps, and referring them for further care when needed. In our supportive team, you'll educate clients over the phone, focusing on their aftercare needs ensuring every client feels heard and cared for.
We'll provide tailored training to help you excel in providing safe and effective abortion and vasectomy aftercare. Expect to thrive in a fast-paced, client-centred environment that empowers you to grow your clinical and professional skills.
This is a hybrid role where the successful candidate will be expected to be onsite for up to 6 weeks whilst training.
Main duties of the job
1. Triage clients over the phone: Provide a reassuring and empathetic service to our clients whilst evaluating and prioritising clients needs
2. Liaise with other departments within the one-call contact centre: Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and comprehensive support for clients
3. Undergo personal and professional development activities: Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
4. Consistently demonstrate the 6 C's of nursing: Uphold the core values of nursing in all interactions and responsibilities to ensure high-quality care and professional integrity.
