Food / FMCG experience is essential as is experience for dealing with the major food retailers - specifically Morrisons & Aldi.
Job Purpose
To develop a strategy for the accounts that delivers againstcompany/customer KPIs, deliver budgeted sales, track spend and profit measures and be recognised as the undisputed expert in the relevant customer space both internally and externally.
Key accountabilities and responsibilities
The responsibilities will consist of but are not limited to:
Full P&L responsible for a portfolio of customers - specifically within Retail.
Maintaining & developing current accounts whilst bringing new customers to the business.
Assisting with the Delivery of the Company Strategy.
Implementing, negotiating and managing Customer Plans to deliver mutually profitable sales growth in-line with company/customer KPIs.
Establish and maintain the appropriate invoice pricing structure, delivering cost increases as required
Manage, monitor & drive ROI of trade spend at all levels off-invoice, promotional, fixed, contractual ensuring 100% conditional
