I am looking for a New Business Development Manager to join my clients start up business. My client has been running for just under 3 years now and is looking to expand their team substantially over the next year, starting with this role. They are a reseller of Mobile, Connectivity and VoIP based in the Derby area. Package £30,000-£35,000 plus uncapped commission structure Car allowance or Company Car 20 days Bank Holiday Fully remote but does expect office visits at least once a month Opportunity for professional growth and career development Key Responsibilities Identify Opportunities: Research and analyse market trends to identify opportunities and target clients Client Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to bring on new clients Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effect sales strategies to meet and exceed targets Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the client’s needs Market Intelligence: Keep up with industry developments, competitor activities and new technologies to provide insights and recommendations Requirements: Proven industry experiences selling Mobile, Connectivity and VoIP of at least 2 years Proven experience selling business to business within Telecoms Excellent communication and negotiation skills with clients Ability to implement successful sales strategies Self motivated and results driven Ability to solve problems and have fine attention to detail If this role is of interest please give me a call on or drop your CV to
