About the Role
As an SEN Teacher, you will:
* Deliver engaging and tailored lessons across the curriculum to meet the diverse needs of students.
* Develop individual education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with colleagues and parents.
* Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and safe learning environment where students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
* Work closely with a dedicated team of teaching assistants, therapists, and other professionals to support student progress.
* Monitor and assess student development, ensuring each child achieves their full potential.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
* A qualified teacher with experience working with SEN students (QTS or equivalent).
* Passionate about inclusive education and skilled in differentiating teaching methods to suit individual needs.
* Knowledgeable about a range of SEN, such as ASD, SEMH, and learning difficulties.
* An excellent communicator, able to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals.
