We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and proficient ICT Technician to work within Queen’s Croft High School three days per week and for two days per week you will work across the schools within our MAT. The role will be varied, involving assistance and development of the Academy and Trust network, troubleshooting ICT problems for students and staff, support and development of the Academy Virtual Learning Environment, classroom assistance, and monitoring of ICT security and safeguarding systems. You should be ideally educated to degree level or have equivalent experience. You will have a customer service focus and will be a team player with the ability to also work effectively on your own, often under pressure. Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills are essential as you will be working within a fast paced and demanding environment.
