Job Description:
You will be responsible for leading and managing the entire project lifecycle across our projects. You will ensure the alignment of strategic goals with the delivery of projects, managing resources, risks, and budgets effectively to achieve outstanding results. Your expertise will drive the performance, efficiency, and success of our projects while ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed and engaged.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple programmes and projects.
• Ensure effective resource management across the portfolio, optimising the allocation of personnel, budgets, and tools.
• Implement and maintain project management frameworks and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Monitor and report on project performance, risks, and issues to senior leadership.
• Establish and enforce governance structures, ensuring compliance with policies and best practices.
• Engage with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and management of expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement across project delivery processes, ensuring the efficient use of resources.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and accountability within the project teams.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in P3M
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, complex projects and teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, etc.).
• PMP, PgMP, or similar certifications are highly desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met.
