Working Hours: 37 hours per week, flexible working between 8 am - 6 pm on a rota basis
Worker Type: Hybrid Worker, currently working 50% in the office, but may change to meet business needs
Salary: Grade D - £25,992 - £26,835 per annum

About the Role
In this role, we will look to you to support the Business Services Manager and Team Leaders in the delivery of a comprehensive and efficient repairs service to customers. You will be responsible for overseeing and scheduling the workload of trades colleagues and/or contractors by allocating and organising work through the relevant processes to maximise the efficiency of resources to meet defined key targets. As part of this role, you will have face-to-face and over the phone contact directly with customers and tenants and will sometimes have to communicate difficult messages, as such; excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills are essential to this role.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Proven experience of coordinating, managing and maintaining appointments and diaries of large teams within a fast-paced and pressurised environment.
2. Experience of communicating directly with members of the public in a business environment with good interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively including active listening and questioning
3. Experience of working with computerised and manual office systems
4. Ability to present written or verbal information in a clear and concise manner
5. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
6. Experience of providing administrative functions.
