The Senior Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for supporting HQ Facilities Operations. This role holder should demonstrate excellent organisation, administration, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with all levels of the operation/organisation and have good working knowledge of facilities and associated duties.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Undertake the delivery of a best-in-class, five-star FM/Workplace service.
2. Management and leadership of the Office Management/Reception team, including Facilities Assistants.
3. Ensure facilities and services are efficiently delivered, minimising any negative or distracting impact upon the clients' operations.
4. Assist in the negotiation and management of lease terms/agreements.
5. Ensure physical security of the premises to protect the assets and business of the client, undertaking regular testing to ensure effectiveness. Manage the Security Control system and monitor/report on any security breaches or issues.
6. Set high standards of service and responsiveness to the needs of the business functions.
7. Ensure that the workplace remains smart and professionally presented to support the efficient operation of the business.
8. Deliver plans and arrangements for effective and tested office-related Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity.
9. Work effectively with the business functions to ensure business objectives are met, communicating effectively and managing expectations.
10. Assist business functions in meeting their regulatory and legal responsibilities and obligations.
11. Oversee Workplace Health and Safety compliance.
12. Support the client with any workplace projects.
Person Specification:
1. Experience in Facilities Management.
2. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suites.
