We are seeking a dynamic Network Coordinator to be based in Basingstoke or Winchester, Hampshire. In collaboration the Love4Life General Manager, you will be instrumental in expanding our membership and organizing weekly social activities, helping members forge friendships, find love, and access valuable one-on-one guidance. Your Role: Work in a vibrant, supportive environment with the assistance of a Volunteer Manager. Create and oversee engaging social opportunities for Love4Life members. Provide essential support and advice, reducing the risk of social isolation and loneliness. We’re Looking For Someone Who: Understands the needs of individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism. Is proficient in using social media for engagement. Shares our passion for the Love4Life ethos and can help members feel connected and valued. Is skilled in assessing and managing risks. Has knowledge of safeguarding and reporting protocols. Can ensure member safety during events and chaperoned dates. Is flexible with working hours, including evenings and some weekends. Can effectively manage volunteers and facilitate one-on-one drop-in sessions. Is enthusiastic about supporting people in building friendships and potentially finding partners. Holds a full driving license and has access to a vehicle (essential). What We Offer: Competitive Salary - £10,856.86 per annum, working 16 hours per week.
