Then please get in touch Kingston Barnes are recruiting for an Electrical Process Engineer to join our client in the Bath area Responsibilities To carry out planned preventative, remedial, and reactive maintenance of all electrical, instrumentation and process control equipment. Applying effective fault finding and investigation techniques to resolve issues in a timely manner, to ensure maximum utilisation of machinery, and the minimisation of manufacturing losses. To undertake hardware and software updates, diagnostics, and maintenance to the site wide Rockwell Factory Talk platform, including Allen Bradley PLC and Rockwell SCADA. To carry out installation upgrades to electrical and process control equipment, as well as modifications and updates to existing equipment, to improve system performance, effectiveness, and functionality. To diagnose process and engineering related plant conditions, and work alongside shift personnel when necessary to resolve more complex engineering issues. Work within the engineering team and seek to improve methods, productivity, and efficiency, making recommendations for capital expenditure and long-term development. Support of the Project Team, as and when required, with the installation and commissioning of new equipment and CAPEX projects.
