Dyer & Butler are seeking a Project Manager to join our Maintenance team. We are excited to present this new opportunity for a talented Project Manager who is looking to be involved in a variety of challenging projects. The Maintenance team provides technical services for a range of construction-related disciplines and activities, focused on delivering great service every day supporting our clients’ primary assets to enable an extraordinary airport, fit for the future.
Primarily supporting our aviation client in Hounslow – this role is suitable for experienced system project engineers or innovators looking to progress their career to the next level.
ROLE PURPOSE:
Support business performance of the maintenance framework, effectively managing data and delivering value. Focused on best use of information, systems, resources, plant, and materials.
Being client-focused, showing excellent understanding of reporting and systems used, ensuring excellent safety, standards, and quality are maintained throughout the life cycle of the client’s assets.

Maintaining excellent communication between all departments of the internal team and wider business units, leading innovative solutions specifically targeted at improving our service levels and environmental footprint. Controlling the improvements register for the Heathrow maintenance framework, with i2i and other enabling teams.
Qualifying Criteria:
* Degree/HND in Data Analysing or equivalent.
* High standard of presentation skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to manage work efficiently between multiple projects.
* Good communication skills and ability to work well with other teams and departments at all levels both internally and externally, including client liaison.
* Excellent data management and quality control.
* Contribute to the enhancement of the quality of delivered products by identifying and introducing improvement opportunities.
* Share knowledge and coach other team members in order to support improvements in team’s performance, train, support, mentor, and guide teams.
* Keep up to date with legislations and current industry standards.
* Understand and oversee resourcing, training, and onboarding of new resources.
* Support and enable environmental strategies.
* Desire for self-development and continuous self-improvement.
* Full UK driving license.
* SMSTS or equivalent Site Management Training.
* Holder of CSCS accreditation.
* Basic knowledge of Power BI practices.
* Experience working within the engineering and/or the aviation sector.
* User of data management platforms, able to identify and tailor reporting for client needs.
* Experience in management of varied personnel and demonstrable experience of delegation under pressure.
* Specific experience of health and safety-related standards and regulations typically involving plant operations and/or aviation.
* Persuasive with strong influencing skills with energetic and effective relationships.
* Ability to make and implement timely decisions to maximize service.
