Our client is looking for a Principal Recruitment Consultant to join its high-performing team in Manchester City Centre. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter to take the next step in their career, leading by example, developing client relationships, and driving business growth.
Role Responsibilities:
* Managing the full 360 recruitment process, from sourcing to placement.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
* Developing and executing strategic business development plans.
* Mentoring and coaching junior consultants to enhance team performance.
* Negotiating contracts, fees, and terms of business with clients.
* Using market insights and data to drive recruitment strategies.
* Achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
Candidate Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, at a Senior or Principal level.
* A strong track record of billing success and client development.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
* The ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
* A proactive, self-motivated approach with a focus on results.
* Experience mentoring or training junior consultants (desirable).
