Role: Assistant Facilities Manager
Location: Bridgwater
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time
Overview:
I am assisting a leading organisation in the search for an Assistant Facilities Manager. As the Assistant Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for taking the lead on the day to day delivery of the overall facilities services and operations, on a fantastic project in the South West.
Duties:
Supporting the Facilities Manager
Liaising with multiple stakeholders
Ensuring all compliance is up to date
Working with the Health & Safety team to ensure a safe working environment
Planning and day-to day management and co-ordination of the site facilities teams and subcontractors
Be the main point of contact for the client and visitors to the site
Requirements for the role:
Previous administration experience
A good understanding of facilities management
Excellent communication skills
Full UK driving license
Experience within a customer facing role
