Inbound Call Centre – Fully Flexible between Monday-Friday 8am-8pm & Saturday - Sunday 8am-6pm Start Date Monday 21st October We're looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our Call Centre. Within this role, you will be answering calls and responding to online queries for customers in relation to their online orders. This position is based at our Church Street (S1 2GN) which is a short walk from the city centre and has excellent transport links. (Please note the Training will be held at a different location, our 363 site on Bramall Lane) Once you have completed Training you will work on site for 4-6 weeks, and then have the option to work from home on a hybrid model (If you are meeting the required targets and KPI’s) with the end goal of working from home on a full time basis. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING…. Receiving incoming calls and emails from customers regarding online orders placed Maintaining a high standard of quality work to ensure that customers are treated fairly Reporting to your Team Manager Where necessary, refer issues to relevant internal /external department using correct escalation procedures Representing our clients brand well and ensuring customers are kept satisfied IDEAL CANDIDATES Have excellent written & verbal communication and customer service skills Able to work at a fast pace, but also maintain a high standard of quality HOURS OF WORK Fully Flexible between Monday-Friday 8am-8pm & Saturday - Sunday 8am-6pm WHAT WE WILL GIVE YOU Starting at £11.44 Per Hour. 20 days holiday which increases with length of service plus 8 days bank holiday (in lieu if you are scheduled to work).
