Team : They currently have 13 Vets, all with different interests at work and hobbies at home. Individuality is embraced here and they encourage growth within the whole team. Support: Their team is wonderful! Vets are supported by a great front-of-house team and an incredible 24-strong nursing team.
Growing the team skills : Currently, they have Veterinary Certificate holders in Surgery, and Medicine, with others looking to finish theirs in Ophthalmology, Cardiology, ECC, and Surgery. They also have a graduate entry scheme to give new graduates a more structured and supportive start to their Veterinary career, as we know this can be a difficult, challenging time.
Facilities : Today our client is an RCVS Level 3, and ISFM Gold Standard Hospital, full of fun exciting toys (DR X-Ray, CT, Cardiology level ultrasound, Dental suite with dental X-Ray, and an array of scopes) that is open 24/7, with a Nurse and Vet on-site at all times. They have a second practice nearby and all team members spend time at both practices to ensure good team morale and a sense of cohesion. They are a single team working over two locations. No separation, no competition. They have a beautifully light and airy prep room, theatre suite, dental suite, lab, CR X-Ray, and separate Dog and Cat wards.

Hours :
1. Their standard working week is 4 days, with 1-in-5 weekend.
2. They run their own nights, with a working shift, currently 1 block of 7 nights every 10 weeks, with 7 days recovery following.
3. Each day they start consulting at 9:40 am with a protected time during the day to allow for you to return phone calls.
4. The front door is closed between 12.30 and 1.30 pm so you can have some lunch and enjoy a little "you" time.
5. Although this is their standard rota they are open to being flexible. They understand that people and their lives are unique and would always be happy to discuss other options.
Salary: The salary of £43,000 - £65,000 per annum dependent on experience and rota.
