We are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to provide assistance to the Sales and Marketing team, dealing with customer enquiries, producing analytics and supporting sales managers.
Your role will include:
1. Dealing with all customer enquiries received through various sources; website, phone, email, etc.
2. Updating customer details, bulletins, and product information.
3. Sending required brochures and marketing material to existing and prospective customers.
4. Managing stock orders for brochures and customer support material.
5. Providing support and assistance to Sales Managers.
6. Updating sales reports.
7. Typing and compiling reports, presentations (PowerPoint), and general correspondence for use at senior management/board level.
8. Creating and updating any quote/order information for customers.
