The Business Support Officer will provide a range of specialist administrative support to the Women’s Refuge Service, including reception duties and dealing with internal and external customers sometimes with complex queries. Processing financial transactions including updating rent records, online payments, invoicing and petty cash. You will also be expected to maintain up to date accurate information on computerised records and systems to produce reports and documents in line with corporate standards.
The successful applicant will be an experienced administrator, with exemplary attention to detail and demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills. An enhanced DBS will be required prior to the appointment. As this is a service for vulnerable women and their children who’ve suffered domestic abuse, the post holder must be female.
Due to the nature of the role requirements the post holder will be required to work from the office for the duration of their hours and will not be able to undertake home working.
