Account Handler // Permanent // Orpington - Hybrid // £26-32,000 per annum
My client, a leader in the insurance industry, is looking for an Account Handler to join their busy Motor Fleet Team based in Orpington.
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Call handling
2. Communicating with clients and insurance companies
3. Data input
4. Customer service
5. Checking and updating covers, warranties and policies
6. Maintaining day-to-day compliance
7. Cross selling insurance products
8. Day-to-day administration
9. Managing client relationships
Experience and Expertise:
1. Experience in an administrative role, preferable within the finance or motor industry
2. Experience with customer service and call handling
3. Account handling experience (preferred but not essential)
4. Cert CII qualified (preferred but not essential)
5. Great attention to detail
6. Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
7. Good communication skills
8. Willingness to learn and develop your skillset
Package:
1. £26,000 - £32,000 per annum
2. Hybrid working
3. Support and funding for qualifications such as Cert CII
4. Annual salary review
5. 25 days annual leave - increased to 30 days with length of service
