Job Description
We are supporting our client, a well known British fashion brand, in their search for an Ethical Trade Assistant Manager .
Our client is seeking someone who is passionate about ethical practices and ready to make a positive impact. This role will be key in driving their global commitment to responsible sourcing and compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
* Oversee supplier onboarding, conducting initial risk assessments and ensuring audit readiness.
* Collaborate with global teams on scheduling, shadowing, and independently conducting compliance audits.
* Work closely with suppliers to manage action plans and support adherence to ethical codes.
* Maintain and update key systems with audit data, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
* Contribute to strategic projects that align with corporate responsibility goals.
You will be:
* A strong passion for ethical compliance, with robust organizational and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to analyse complex data and prioritize a dynamic workload.
* An adaptable, proactive mindset with excellent communication skills.
* Willing to travel locally and, when needed, internationally.
This role is based from our clients London head office, however, will require regular travel to their UK based suppliers. It is desirable for the candidate to hold a full drivers license.
