Our client is seeking a Data Administrator to support their Contracts team with a data migration project. This is a temporary, three-month role focused on migrating all current customer agreements onto a new platform. The team is based in Gerrards Cross, working three days in the office and two from home. Hourly pay £13.00 - £14.00 depending on experience. This role is open to both experienced candidates (contracts experience is desirable) and graduates looking to gain professional experience. Duties: Work from the Contracts master Excel file provided. Locate agreements within SharePoint. Cross-check contract details to ensure they match database records. Insert agreement links into the Excel file for each contract. Review customer folders to identify and link any related documents. Skills and Experience Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills (for data analysis and downloads). Confidence in learning and using new IT systems. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes meticulously. Ability to work independently and methodically. Adaptability to work in fast-paced environments and changing priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
