Salary (Actual Salary): £21,920 - £22,931.
Working Pattern: 35 Hours Per Week, Monday to Friday, Term Time + 10 days.

Outwood Academy Redcar welcomes students aged 11-16, located in the coastal town of Redcar near Middlesbrough in the North-East region.

About the Role:
We are seeking to appoint an energetic individual who will be responsible for the operational and administrative support to promote whole school attendance strategies in order to improve attendance levels and reduce persistent absence, in line with academy targets under the supervision of the Education Welfare Officer. The ideal candidate will be solution focused, have excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage our students and families.
Home visits are required for this job role so you will require a current uk driving licence and use of your own vehicle, with appropriate business insurance.
The successful candidate will also be required to support with supervision duties within the academy, being a visible presence during breaktimes, lunch periods and during lesson changeovers.
