Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a social housing organisation in the South-East London area who are looking for a brand new Repairs Contracts Manager to join their team.
The Repairs Contracts Manager will lead, develop and implement a strong contract management function to optimise service delivery and increase customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strong leadership and management to multi functional teams, ensuring effective planning, development, organisation and prioritisation of workloads to ensure effective and efficient operations across the team as a whole
* Management of professional construction services in relation to repairs, maintenance and PPM works
* Leading a strong performance management culture which encompasses challenging targets for all areas of activity
* Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, clients, contractors and residents, whilst promoting and championing our client's values and standards at all times.
* Provide full operational financial control of the maintenance and repair contracts
* Manage the pre & post inspections, and contractor repair ordering process.
* Chair and instigate regular contract management meetings with appropriate stakeholders involved in repairs and maintenance within the contract area.
