Job Type: Full-time 43 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: 13.09 hourly rate

Job Opportunity
* Switchboard Operation: Handle a busy switchboard by answering and transferring calls to the appropriate departments promptly.
* Building Security: Perform closing and locking procedures for the building, ensuring all security measures are followed, including setting and unsetting the intruder alarm.
* Access Control: Check and verify passes for staff and visitors, managing access and egress to ensure a secure environment while maintaining a smooth flow of people.
* Visitor and Staff Assistance: Greet and assist visitors and employees in a professional, friendly manner, addressing their inquiries and providing a welcoming first impression.
* Reception Tasks: Answer phone calls, handle enquiries, and coordinate deliveries and appointments in a timely and efficient manner.
* Reception Area Maintenance: Keep the reception area organised and ensure it reflects a positive image of the company, while staying alert for any security concerns.

Essential Skills
Requirements:
* SIA Licence: Desirable but not essential
* Transport: Access to a vehicle or good transport links to ensure punctuality.
* Right to Work (RTW): Must have the legal right to work in the UK and a checkable 5-year history.
* Customer-Focused: Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
* Attention to Detail: Ability to remain vigilant and meticulous in following security protocols and managing daily tasks.
