Job Overview
The post holder is the PA to Senior Operational Estates Managers on bank, providing comprehensive and confidential administrative and secretarial services to enable them to carry out their role effectively. This role requires initiative, a sense of accountability, and an ability to work under pressure while prioritizing tasks effectively. The post will undertake the coordination and control of common support processes/systems, departmental procedures, training, and health safety, and will be required to communicate effectively with other departments and external agencies. It requires a high level of discretion and the ability to work unsupervised.
