About the Job
This is an excellent opportunity for a Space Systems Structural Analyst to work with brilliant minds, grow in the space domain, and contribute to the development of cutting-edge technologies.
Our company offers hybrid working arrangements, where you will be able to work from various locations, including our offices, client sites, and your home. However, you will not be able to work from home 100% of the time.

Your Role
You will be responsible for delivering Finite Element studies and analytical stress reports applied to Space Systems (satellite panels, satellite structural assemblies, equipment, ground support equipment). Your key responsibilities include:
* Understanding and studying stress analysis workflow, as prescribed by the customer.
* Performing Finite Elements analysis, including modifying/adapting geometry, developing or updating models, performing verification/validation activities, running simulations, and post-processing results.
* P Presenting and reporting progress and results internally and externally.
You will also be required to write technical reports, contribute to working sessions with designers, and maintain direct working relationships with clients.

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
* Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in an engineering or scientific discipline, ideally Mechanical.
* Experience of stress engineering in aerospace.
* Experience using HYPERWORKS and NASTRAN for FE modelling and analysis.
* Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes desirable.
