We're a King's Award for Enterprise-winning Salesforce Consulting and Technology Partner.
We deliver high-quality professional services (consulting and implementation of Salesforce CRM) to customers in the UK, Europe and USA and build apps that can be installed across the global into Salesforce CRM via AppExchange.
Our offices are based in Bishop's Stortford, UK and in Pune, India.
You’ll work primarily in-person from our office in Bishop's Stortford, with the possibility of occasional international travel, and to provide exceptional organisation and accountability in the marketing of our professional services brands and paid apps.

We are a small business and there is the strong potential for progression to Head of Marketing, Marketing Director or even Chief Marketing Officer.
This role requires exceptional time management and organisational skills because there's a lot to do, including overseeing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring their alignment with our overall business objectives.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead marketing for the business and ensure that success is aligned with company values and goals.
* Develop budgeted GTM strategies for each of our revenue-generating services and apps.
* Plan, execute and optimise marketing campaigns aligned with these strategies.
* Monitor and analyse campaign performance and ensure campaigns are aligned with budget.
* Communicate with senior management about existing and new marketing activities and performance against budget.
* Organise in-house events and assess the suitability of sponsorship for partner events, webinars and podcasts.
* Create and manage relevant content across a variety of channels.
* Manage in-house marketing team members (remote) – offering your guidance, support and experience – together with third party marketing providers (agencies / freelance).
* Oversee the creation of compelling copy across necessary channels, including digital, email and websites, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices.
* Collaborate with business unit managers to design and execute marketing campaigns that resonate with their target audience.
* Ensure that relevant integrations with CRM are provided across campaigns.
IDEAL EXPERIENCE
* 5+ years of B2B marketing management experience- ideally in a SaaS, IT or technology sector.
* Experience with planning, executing and reporting on marketing campaigns across a range of B2B products and services.
* Demonstrated ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable marketing plans.
* Excellent organisational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
* Accountability for managing budgets and remote teams.
* Great proficiency in copywriting, email marketing, SEO, and digital marketing strategies.
* Understanding of Wordpress website content management.
* Relevant experience in CRM (ideally Salesforce) or digital marketing with proven experience developing multi-channel campaigns, communications and strategies.
* Experience with LinkedIn advertising, audience building and campaign management.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES
* This role will lead our marketing efforts and as success becomes more prolific, deeper and wider investment in marketing resource will mean that promotion to Marketing Director or CMO with 12-24 months is feasible for the right candidate.

Pay: £54,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
