No Letting Go, the UK's leading property inventory management company, is looking for a dedicated Self-Employed Property Inventory Clerk to cover all LU postcodes and nearby areas.

The role entails visiting rented residential properties to conduct both pre-tenancy inventories and end of tenancy checkouts on behalf of our clients:
* Conduct property inspections and create detailed inventory reports
* Document the condition of properties, including fixtures and furnishings
* Use digital tools and software for efficient reporting
* Communicate effectively with property agents, owners, and tenants
Some experience and knowledge of residential lettings or property management is an advantage. However, this is not essential as full training will be provided to successful applicants with a chance to become a member of the AIIC, the Inventory Providers professional body.
The volume of work can build up to c.20 hours a week spread over several days. You will be able to schedule when you are available for work each week, with occasional Saturday work included.
Essential Requirements:
* GCSE English & Maths grade C or above, or equivalent
* Own or have access to a computer
* Full driver's licence with your own vehicle (essential)
