Responsibilities:
1. To provide excellent service over telephone, email and live web-chat.
2. To process orders through the system and manage shipping documentation.
3. To resolve customer queries regarding products or services in a timely manner.
4. To manage returns and refund processes.
5. To manage payment processes and ensure administration is completed accordingly.
6. To provide management with customer feedback and suggest improvements where appropriate.
Candidate's Profile:
1. Fluent in German (written and spoken) – Essential
2. Previous experience in customer service – Beneficial
3. Able to work one in two weekends
4. Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
7. IT literate
Salary: Between £24,500 and £28,500 per annum plus benefits
