Salary: £25,984 – £27,102
Shift Pattern: 7.30-3.00pm & 2.30-10.00pm
Contract: 37.5 hours per week Full-time, permanent

The provider offers residential homes, education and other support services to enable children’s young people and young adults to live a amazing life as independently as possible.
Your key responsibilities as the Senior Team Leader:
As the Senior Team Leader you will lead the operational house team of Residential Support Workers to provide person centred care to children with learning disabilities, autism and complex health and social care needs. As the Senior Team Leader you will be required to act as a Key Worker for the children and young people, you will give supervisions and manage performance appraisal for your team of residential support workers in the home and will provide mentor and coaching support on key operational tasks. You will ensure staff have the resources and support to provide the level and quality of service required day to day, plus have a focus on the ongoing development and continuous improvement of the service.
Essential Requirements :
* Level 4/ Level 3 QCF/NVQ Health and Social Care or Level 3/Level 4 Children’s & Young People’s Workforce / or equivalent qualification.
* Knowledge of Ofsted Quality standards and Children’s Homes regulations.
* Extensive knowledge and experience of working with children and young people with learning disabilities and complex needs.
* Experience of managing a staff team; supervising and completing appraisals with staff in a care setting.
