What will you be doing? Provide a market leading service experience to our intermediaries & customers, delivering a ‘one and done’ service wherever possible Reviewing inbound post and emails which can include, reports, invoices, and requests for new paperwork, complaints and queries. Manage internal relationships with retained and outsourced operational areas to meet customer expectations Outbound calls to 3rd parties Inbound telephone support as required Maintain up to date knowledge of Zurich’s product and service propositions Demonstrate knowledge of relevant products, procedures, and systems. Who are we looking for? GCSE/ A’ Level or equivalent. Financial Services experience preferable but not essential. Able to articulate regulatory responsibilities with regards to Zurich policies i.e. Financial Crime, Data protection. Ability to work in a team/team player or on own. Excellent planning and organisation to respond to varying workloads and pressures Desire to progress within company/role.
