Due to extensive growth, our client seeks to appoint a highly experienced Sales Assistant to join their Antrim store.
About the Role
As the Sales Assistant, you will be customer-focused and results-oriented. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and achieving sales targets within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
* Building rapport with customers and understanding their individual needs.
* Promoting and selling products with confidence and in a consultative manner.
* Conducting product demonstrations and educating customers on product usage and benefits.
* Maintaining a clean and organised sales counter.
* Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Assisting with stock management and replenishment.
* Adhering to company policies and procedures.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Applicants must be available to work variable shifts over weekdays and weekends.
* Proven experience in customer service and sales within a retail environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Passion for beauty and cosmetics.
* Ability to build relationships with customers.
* Confidence in product demonstrations and presentations.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Please note due to the location of this position, the successful applicants will need to complete an Enhanced security clearance.

Pay: £22,317.00-£24,126.00 per year
