ABOUT US:

We're on the lookout for an experienced Demand Generation Manager who'll play a critical role in scaling our marketing efforts, generating qualified leads, and creating seamless, engaging customer journeys that communicate our brand's mission and values. You will leverage your expertise to build and optimise automation workflows while shaping demand generation strategies that align with our business objectives.
THE ROLE:
As we pursue our ambitious growth plans, we need an individual who can own, manage and scale our marketing automation platform while developing comprehensive strategies to drive lead generation, improve conversion rates, and support overall growth. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute targeted campaigns, refine processes, and contribute to a marketing ecosystem that bridges automation with holistic demand generation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Marketing Automation Platform Management:
* Manage, optimise, and scale our marketing automation platform to enhance the efficiency of marketing operations.
* Ensure seamless integration between marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
* Build, implement, and monitor automated workflows to nurture leads throughout the sales funnel.
Demand Generation Strategy:
* Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and qualified leads.
* Collaborate with internal teams to create campaigns that align with strategic business goals and sales objectives.
* Implement lead scoring and nurturing programs to maximise lead-to-customer conversion rates.
Campaign Management and Analysis:
* Oversee the end-to-end development and management of marketing campaigns, including email, content, and targeted digital outreach.
* Conduct A/B testing to optimise performance (e.g., subject lines, content formats, CTAs).
* Monitor and evaluate the performance of demand generation and automation campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Content Development and Collaboration:
* Partner with the content, design, and apprenticeship teams to produce engaging assets that fuel automation and demand campaigns.
* Strategise for personalised and dynamic content to boost audience engagement and conversion.
Data Management and Compliance:
* Segment and maintain marketing lists for personalised and targeted campaigns.
* Analyse customer data to inform new campaign strategies and refine existing workflows.
* Uphold data integrity and manage compliance with all relevant data protection regulations.
Optimisation and Best Practices:
* Identify and act on opportunities for enhancing existing processes and campaign efficiencies.
* Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations in marketing automation and demand generation.
ABOUT YOU:
Essential Skills and Experience:
* 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing
* Experience with complex marketing automation and lead generation strategies
* Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, etc)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
* Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and project management skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects
Desirable Skills and Experience:
* Knowledge of IT and Digital apprenticeships
* Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
* Basic graphic design skills and proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
