Facilities Helpdesk Administrator - Warrington - £26k - Perm
My client is currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join their busy team based in Warrington. The ideal candidate will have Helpdesk or Administration experience within Facilities and Maintenance or a busy environment. Working Hours:
Monday to Friday - Full Time Office Based - 8.00 - 17.00
Main Duties:
1. General Helpdesk Administration Duties
2. PPMS
3. Raising Purchase Orders
4. Liaising with Engineers and assigning them to works.
5. Fleet Administration
6. Assist with the efficient day-to-day running of help desk reporting to the help desk manager.
7. Receive and process work requests from clients, received via email, telephone, and portal.
8. Log Calls onto company CAFM system, assign correct trade and supplier, book appointments, send POs, process permits.
9. Manage planned maintenance schedules including compliance, and reactive requests associated with the PPM being managed ensuring that the account coordinator is updated.
10. Process updates from suppliers obtaining information for quotes where required, upload all updates onto CAFM system and portals.
11. Estimate further works.
12. Close down completed jobs.
13. Send client reports.
14. Be part of the weekend rota where required (paid overtime).
15. Attend client meetings where necessary.
16. Other help desk tasks that are within the capability of the Help Desk Coordinator.
