Key Responsibilities:
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their IT needs are met and exceeded.
* Account Management: Manage client accounts, including regular check-ins, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for additional services.
* Technical Support Coordination: Work closely with our technical team to ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues.
* Sales Support: Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotes, and presentations for potential and existing clients.
* Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.
Requirements:
* Experience: Previous experience in account management or a customer-facing role, preferably within the IT sector.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT services and solutions.
* Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
