Reporting to the MD, your responsibilities will include: Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth. Identifying and securing new business opportunities in the logistics and distribution sector. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Negotiating contracts and service agreements with new and existing clients. Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Staying up to date with industry trends and market developments. As the right person for the role you have proven experience in a sales or business development role within the logistics, distribution, or freight industry, and a strong track record of winning new business and managing key accounts across a variety of industries. You are driven, self-motivated, not afraid to develop innovative solutions and have a passion for delivering a 5 star service every time. You have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, have the ability to work independently and not be afraid to role your sleeves up and help with other duties as and when required.
